Takt is seeking an experienced full-cycle Technical Recruiter as we quickly scale our organization. Our platform learns and adapts to people's preferences, habits, and feedback—orchestrating highly relevant experiences that are truly unique and personalized. Our vision will change the way people engage across multiple industries, be it retail, finance, or healthcare.
As a member of the Talent team, you'll be a driver for success as a hands-on contributor. You'll play a critical role in defining and driving strategic and operational initiatives related to the amazing team and culture we are building. You will have the opportunity to touch all parts of the organization, and will own a large portion of the decision-making associated with recruiting and sourcing talent. In other words, you will be working to enrich the employees' lives and work-place experience.
Partner with employees and hiring managers to build relationships and deliver hires across the engineering organization
Leverage knowledge of the market and the tech industry to meet our hiring goals
Build and manage a pipeline of candidates across multiple channels
Monitor and analyze the pipeline using our ATS and proactively make adjustments and establish metrics for success while meeting hiring goals
Provide personalized experience for every candidate from application stage to start date
Skills and Experience:
3+ years experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter
Knowledge of ATS (Greenhouse preferred) analytics to create, manage, and adjust a hiring program
Strong intuition for identifying and creatively sourcing talent
Experience working in high growth technology companies
Early stage in-house startup experience preferred
Interest or prior experience with recruiting for non-technical roles
Knowledge of enterprise SaaS products
Experience recruiting across the United States and/or Europe
