When the email from Inc. Magazine arrived, I had to read it twice.

Takt was named one of only four international companies recognized on Inc.’s 2025 Power Partner list — a global acknowledgment of the B2B companies that truly move the needle for entrepreneurs and businesses.

We were also listed among just 13 firms worldwide under Creative & Branding, and among 53 under Technology & Development — one of only five digital agencies globally with similar service offerings. Sharing a category with companies like Expedia and SmartCommerce puts this recognition into even sharper perspective.

That’s not something that happens every day. And for me, it landed in a way few things have lately.

A pause in the pursuit

If you know me, you know I’m usually focused on what’s next — the next goal, the next pivot, the next challenge. But this time, I stopped.

This recognition wasn’t just about what Takt has become — it was a reminder of how far we’ve come, and why we do what we do.

Where it started

In my early twenties, when Inc. Magazine still lined the shelves of Chapters, London Drugs, and airport kiosks across North America, I would flip through its pages reading about entrepreneurs building something from nothing — people betting on ideas before the world caught up.

Those stories shaped my path. From starting my first business in 1999 with a group of schoolmates to launching platforms like TechVibes, and later founding Massive Media (now Takt), my mission has always been the same: to help ambitious teams grow with intention. To create space for great organizations to connect what they stand for with what they do.

What recognition like this really means

When Inc.’s editorial director, Bonny Ghosh, wrote that “the businesses you’ve partnered with didn’t just speak highly of you — they raved about how you helped them grow and solve tough challenges,” that part hit home.

Because that’s the work that matters.

The long nights fine-tuning brand strategy decks. The endless creative iterations. The meticulous attention to all the little dials that make something excellent.

At Takt, we call this our “everything, all the time” philosophy — the belief that true excellence is the sum of every detail calibrated in sync.

It’s not glamorous. But it’s what makes movements of purpose possible.

A quiet kind of pride

Making Inc.’s Power Partner list isn’t just an accolade. It’s a quiet affirmation that grit, integrity, and long-term thinking still count — that building with intention matters.

To our clients, collaborators, and team — thank you. You’re the reason this recognition is possible.

And while we don’t often stop to celebrate, this one felt worth the pause.

Change Takes Shape Between Us

If there’s a through-line in our work, it’s this: excellence rarely arrives in one grand gesture. It’s the accumulation of thousands of small, deliberate choices. Every conversation. Every deliverable. Every act of integrity.

It’s not always glamorous work. But it’s meaningful work.

This recognition from Inc. isn’t about prestige. It’s proof that the how still matters — how we listen, how we challenge, how we build.

Because change doesn’t happen in the abstract. It doesn’t live in data, or decks, or dashboards. It lives in the space between people — in dialogue, in trust, in shared intent. That’s where transformation begins. That’s where change takes shape.

So thank you to Inc. for the recognition. I’ve been a long-time reader, and it truly means a lot. And thank you to our partners and team — the ambitious, thoughtful people who trust us with your ideas, your fears, and your conviction.

Your belief in what can be is what gets us out of bed every day. It’s the privilege of a lifetime to build alongside you.

Meaning and grit matter more than ever — and we’ll keep bringing both to the table, shaped by the same heart, purpose, and partnership that built Takt.
