About Takt’s Designer, Advertising + Production Position

We’re looking for an experienced Intermediate Designer with specialization in advertising and production to join our creative team full-time at our Vancouver headquarters. In this role, you’ll support the execution of high-quality creative across digital ads, integrated campaigns, brand systems, websites, and landing pages. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director, designers, strategists, and developers to bring concepts to life with accuracy, consistency, and a strong eye for detail. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume creative environments and loves producing pixel-perfect work that performs.

SPECS

Responsibilities

  • Campaign + Ad Creative. Execute a wide range of digital and social ad creative, including static assets, paid media suites, and campaign rollouts across multiple channels and formats.
  • High-Volume Production Design. Translate approved creative direction into production-ready files—resizing, adapting layouts, refining typography, and preparing variations that maintain consistency and quality at scale.
  • Brand Guides + Systems. Produce brand guidelines, asset libraries, and scalable template systems.
  • Landing Pages. Support marketing teams in the design, build, update, and QA landing pages across various CMS’s by preparing assets such as Unbounce and WordPress. Prepare assets, apply brand systems, test variations, and collaborate with PM and development teams to ensure pages are launch-ready.
  • Design Research Support. Assist with channel audits, brand consistency reviews, design file prep, and asset organization needed for design discovery and strategic insights.
  • File Preparation + Production QA. Prepare and organize final production-ready files across digital ads, landing pages, web pages, brand assets, and print materials—ensuring correct specs, export settings, bleeds, formatting, naming conventions, and platform or vendor compliance before final delivery
  • Collaboration. Work alongside designers, our Creative Director, copywriters, PMs, and developers to ensure the creative is aligned, feasible, accessible, and optimized for performance.

Qualifications
